Today we practiced using the scientific method with the floating fruit
lab. Many students were surprised which fruits floated and which ones
did not. Ask your child why the apple, orange, grapefruit, banana,
pear, and tomato floated and why the lime and seedless grape did not.

Our character trait: Integrity
Today we had a great discussion about our character trait - Integrity.
We read the book: The Bad Case of Stripes and watched a viedo.
Bully Video
We then read through different scenarios discussing what we'd do to show integrity in different life situations.

Happy Friday!
Good morning 6th graders!
Before announcements - please have your planners out at your table and work on page 6 and 7...
We will be giving you two purple pages to trim down and glue onto these pages!
These pages outline important procedures for 6th grade and your homework tonight is to read through them with your parents and get the parent signature.
Looking forward to a great day with you all!!
