Today, in science, the students made moon craters.  They had to measure the rays, diameter, and depth of their craters.  They had a blast!

                                                                               

Team Building~Character Education~and Buddy classes!

This week we had a half day on Monday~and an opportunity to do some different things as a whole grade level...

We had a chance to talk about our 6th grade character trait: integrity!
We enjoyed the picture book:

And talked about the important lesson of being true to yourself!

We worked in groups to discuss scenarios where they had to decide what was the integral thing to do!

Finally, we paired up with buddies in 3rd grade - got to know our buddy and design bookmarks for each other!
